Everyone out there is trying to get into their wallet and they know it.
And the more aggressive and insincere the marketing tactic, the easier it is for them to pull back without even blinking.
Ads get scrolled past...
Emails stay unread or get buried under a Gmail tab...
And webinars that are supposed to be “live” like a ghost town of broken promises with no real "limited space" whatsoever.
If putting what you do into meaningful words to help your audience visualize their desired outcome wasn’t hard enough already…
Trying to get your copy to convert ethically AND resonate with your dream clients across every touchpoint of your sales funnel seems like a monumental mission.
You’ve managed to set up your funnel, create a kick-ass quiz or challenge, and go live for 5 days in a row just to connect with your tribe...
And you’ve put SO much effort into your copy or invested a big chunk of your budget in a “wordsmith” to turn your ideas into compelling copy…
Your conversions are poor and you’re nowhere near hitting the ambitious business goals you’d so diligently mapped out earlier this year.
In fact, there must be a weak link somewhere in your funnel because…
When you partner up with me, you get a fusion of conversion-focused copywriting and funnel experience strategy with empathy at its core.
I specialize in crafting messaging that finds your ideal clients exactly where they are, connects with them on a deeper human level, and removes friction from your funnels.
That way, you can sell more of your programs, services, or digital products without drowning in overwhelm during your next launch or feeling like a sellout every time you string words together for your sales emails.
If you identify with any (or all) of the following 6 statements and catch yourself nodding with excitement that you might have found someone who gets you, there’s a very good chance we could make magical things together:
Here’s a breakdown of every stage that goes into my process for creating conversion-focused copy that wins over your audience with empathy and unapologetic authenticity.
Because copy without research is like fumbling your way through a pitch-black room during a massive thunderstorm. Or guessing at it, which may be even worse.
Here, I dive deep into your brand voice, your offer, and your audience so I can find out what delights or frustrates them and how they put this into words. Some of the ways I do this is by collecting data from review mining, on-site polls, surveys, client interviews, and going through live chat transcripts.
This helps me tune in to the conversation that’s already happening in their head so I can identify gaps, opportunities, and unexplored thought patterns or pathways we can use to create our Messaging Resonance Matrix in the next stage.
After I’ve explored the worldview of your perfect clients, the next step is to take all that research data and compile it using what I call the Messaging Resonance Matrix. This is where I list key findings that will help me figure out the order our messages need to follow on the page to match your audience’s stage of awareness.
I determine which proven frameworks and formulas I’m going to use in the writing stage, so we can meet your readers exactly where they are with copy that's in your voice, reads compelling, and resonates with your one reader (aka your dream client).
Now that I’ve become more than familiar with your voice, I’ve identified your competitors and uncovered meaningful audience insights, I get to the writing part of our project. Once I’m done with the draft, I step away and revisit in 1-2 days with a fresh pair of eyes, tightening up the copy until the messaging is convincing and concise.
The next step is wireframing the final draft to give you a better sense of how the copy is going to look like on the page. After that, we hop on a presentation call for a complete walkthrough. You send over your feedback within 3 days and I turn around any edits within the same timeframe so we can stick to our timelines.
We’ve finally reached the point where you implement the copy and put it to work. Depending on the nature of the project, collecting useful performance data may take some time to collect. Once we have that first batch of results, you share these with me so we can dig deeper into the data.
We determine whether we should test additional variants or experiment with different angles, and we discuss how we can further optimize your copy. This is to ensure that your copy is doing its job at engaging with your ideal clients and driving them to take the action you want them to take.
Ralitsa was a dream to work with! I would recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced writer to create compelling copy. Ralitsa created a 10-email funnel for one of my online courses and was able to get into my voice with ease. She was proactive, responsive to my requests and met all deadlines. The process couldn't have been any smoother. Thank you Ralitsa!
You don’t. You never know until you start testing. And if anyone guarantees conversions, I’d suggest going the other way. Because getting the sale and boosting your conversions is a lot more than relying on your copy alone.
Your relationship with your subscribers, their engagement with your brand, what you offer, who you offer it to and how you go about it are just some of the pieces that can influence your conversion rate.
The one thing I *can* guarantee, though, is collecting insights we can use to continuously improve your offer, funnels, and launches. (And working with someone who includes you in the process from the get-go.)
That’s a great (and perfectly valid) question! Part of the confusion is that a lot of writers out there label themselves as copywriters but not all copywriting has the same goals or purpose.
As a conversion copywriter, I specialize in the art and science of ethical persuasion using language, emotion, and empathy. The end result is messaging that’s based on extensive customer data research, behavioral psychology, proven frameworks, and User Experience design principles (UX).
Paired with human-to-human marketing strategy, you have someone with a reliable arsenal of skills who can help you hit your next launch goal or optimize your sales funnel so you can reach the right audience with the most relevant and timely message.
I take on a limited number of new clients and I’m booking out 4-6 weeks in advance. The more strategic you are with your timelines, the better for your cortisol levels and peace of mind. So try to plan in advance as much as you can.
I completely understand having tight deadlines and working with a limited budget. But you and your business deserve more than cutting corners. Just like your audience deserves the absolute best coaching or teaching experience you can offer.
So in order for me to do what I do best and help you get results from your efforts, skipping any part of my process would not only hinder that but it would also be the same as me doing you a disservice.
I love getting on calls with clients knowing that I’m as best prepared as possible. That way, I can respect your time and tell you in advance if working together seems like a good fit before we get to discuss anything else further.
Filling out this form will make things extra smooth and easy for both of us. Once you’re done and you hit that glorious “submit” button, I’ll be in touch within 2-3 business days so we can set up a time to talk on Zoom. It’s free, easy to install, and works like a charm 99% of the time!
I use Google Drive because it’s convenient for sharing files and it allows me to keep all project files neatly organized in a single place. Each draft is delivered as a Google Doc to make the feedback process as easy as possible.
If we turn out to be a perfect fit and you’ve given my proposal your stamp of approval, a 50% deposit will lock in your spot on my calendar and secure space for your project. That way, we can move forward as outlined in our agreement and avoid any timeline delays.
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients in very different niches, which has honed my interest in programs and products that help empower, transform, or improve someone’s life (or business) for the better.
This means that if you’re a course creator or creative professional who happens to vibe well with this type of thinking (and you have something amazing to offer your audience), I would absolutely love to hear from you and see how I could best help!
Let’s work together to close the gap in your sales funnels, dissolve friction, and create a solid gateway to more humanized marketing with empathy-based conversion copywriting.
