This way for all of your essential, must-ask Qs:

💌 How do I know we're great fit?

Honestly? You can’t know until you’ve worked with me.

Or at least until get a better sense of what working with me looks like.

But if you believe in your business and what you sell AND you're looking to partner with someone who is committed to getting your people to say “yes” to your offer (while leaving all the hollow fluff on the shelf), I'd love to chat and see how I could help.

💰 How much does a custom project cost?

Custom email projects start at $9,000, and full sales funnel projects start at $12,000.

The final fee will depend on your project’s scope, complexity, and deliverables. Each custom project includes everything from strategy to delivery in the following order:

  • Getting to know your brand and business on a granular level, so every component of the strategy that leads our efforts is aligned with your key objectives
  • Auditing your existing materials, so we know what already works well, what's underperforming, and what we can improve both in the short and long term
  • Voice-of-Customer research (VOC) aka the deep and meaningful connection discovery, where I review the research you already have about your ideal audience and map out all the next steps to fill in any of the gaps or essential research components we need to cover
  • Immersive Message Finding, where all the research we've done is distilled into those core themes that are going to set the tone for which key messages to lead with (and when)
  • Messaging & Copy Development (i.e. copywriting, editing, wireframing, creative direction for your design team, and final design review before the copy goes live)

Before I give you a zero-obligation, personalized quote, I'll need to get a better idea of what's already been done, what you're aiming to achieve, and how you envision getting there.

That way, I can scope out the project on my end in a way that takes into account any of the extra gaps we identify during the early stages of our conversation.

The *only* requirement on your part?

Blocking out ~60 mins for a deeper-dive conversation with me (assuming, of course, you'd like to move forward after our initial "are we a great fit" chat).

And while we're all burned out by way too many meetings...

This early stage connection is critical for both of us, especially if you want to be certain that the person you're considering for a project is someone you can count on to have *your* best interests in mind.

So if that aligns with how you think, as well... I can't wait to hear from you!

📝 How do you quote?

I always quote by the project. No hourly rates, no retainers, no surprises.

Here’s why:

1) You'll know exactly what the project is going to cost you from start to finish. And before we even get to the proposal, you’ll have a price range to see if it fits your budget. Which means you’ll only invest your time in a project that makes sense to you and your business.

2) Creating an email or messaging strategy that puts your customers first and writing for conversion is an immersive process that takes time, focus, and energy. And that’s why having a well-mapped project plan helps to streamline everything, so you know what’s happening during each phase.

3) Instead of charging by the hour and rushing to get it done, I focus on the process itself. So you can feel more confident about the value of your investment, instead of sweating over how many hours you'll get billed for.

📅 When can we start?

I take on a very limited number of custom projects and I generally book these 6-8 weeks in advance.

So, if you’ve got an important project coming up in the next couple of months, the sooner you get on my calendar and lock your spot, the better.

🎙 What topics do you love talking about the most?

Some of my all-time favorite topics include: customer experience, UX design, conversion copywriting, conversion-focused design, brand strategy, ethical marketing, and how business owners can genuinely connect with their ideal audience.

I also love diving into human decision making, productivity, accessibility, languages, cultures, and all the ways these are woven into our lives and online experiences.

Sam Brown

Ralitsa was a dream to work with! I would recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced writer to create compelling copy. Ralitsa created a 10-email funnel for one of my online courses and was able to get into my voice with ease. She was proactive, responsive to my requests and met all deadlines. The process couldn't have been any smoother. Thank you Ralitsa!
